Kuching,28 June 2024 – A two-day Sarawak Dayak Women Leader Leadership Course Series III under the Tan Sri Empiang Jabu Research Chair (TSEJRC) was designed to equip aspiring leaders with essential skills and insights for success in dynamic environments. Hosted by Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) in collaboration with Sarakup Indu Dayak Sarawak, this series builds on the success of its predecessors, offering a comprehensive curriculum tailored to amend Dayak leaders’ challenges.
SIDS Southern Region Branches and community leaders were among the participants engaged in interactive training led by industry experts, focusing on fostering leaderships, strategic decision making and effective communication with a blend of theory and practical application. Attendees also gained actionable tools to drive organizational growth and adapt to rapid change.
